5 stars little for you. I went today and bought the last three pieces of künstah. They were simply GREAT. The baklava was also delicious. It was worth driving off from Giessen. Again and again and with great pleasure. Good luck and continue with the delicious sweetie.

In short: the best baklava far and wide - I know people who come to Frankfurt from Bavaria for this reason! The delicacies do not ooze with sugar syrup, but have a very pleasant, restrained sweetness that also brings out the taste of the nuts (cashew, walnut, peanut, pistachio, etc.). You can order individually or a whole cardboard box. The waitress has always been friendly and knew what she was selling - you could also try it. Top!

Love this shop ! The baklava is authentic, it is not watery as other bakeries. You can taste the crunchiness of the pastry and nuts. Frankfurt best kept secret right here !

My boyfriend and I always found the baklava in Kebab shops to be too watery/sugary, but we just LOVED the selections at this shop! The taste is sublime, mildly to medium sweet, crunchy dry nuts without being too strong. I recommend their box set that include a few of each of their selections (500gr, 12 euros, 25(?)pieces) as your first experience to find which you love best...in our case, we love them all so we will keep buying this box set <3 Too bad we live a bit far from Frankfurt, or I would definitely get a box each week ^_^ P.S - At the time of this review, both staff members spoke english.
